Before I design anything, I study how people actually behave at work. I watch. I listen. I ask the uncomfortable questions. Because the gap between what we trained them to do and what they actually do is where the real design challenge lives.
I started caboodle design because I was tired of seeing organizations pour resources into training that checked a box but never changed a behavior. My work is built on Kirkpatrick, Action Mapping, and ethnographic research applied anthropologically, not academically.
Most AI rollouts ship the tool and skip the change. I run the program around the human: where the workflow actually breaks, where staff actually resist, what makes the new behavior easier than the old one. The thinking is the job.
