01
I watch first.
Before I design anything, I study how people actually behave
at work. I watch. I listen. I ask the uncomfortable
questions. Because the gap between what we trained them to do
and what they actually do is where the real design challenge
lives.
02
I measure change, not completion.
I started Caboodle Design because I was tired of seeing
organizations pour resources into training that checked a
box but never changed a behavior. My work is built on
Kirkpatrick, Action Mapping, and ethnographic research
applied anthropologically, not academically.
03
AI is a field tool, not a shortcut.
My work sits at the intersection of behavioral science,
media production, and instructional strategy. AI shows up in
the workflow as an instrument, never a replacement for the
design thinking. The thinking is the job.
