Where strategy, media, and behavioral science converge. Three methods, applied in order, borrowed from anthropology, behavioral science, and editorial media. Not from the LMS vendor catalog.

I observe what people actually do before I design anything.

Before a single storyboard, I study what people actually do in their workplace context. This anthropological approach ensures training addresses real behavior, not assumptions. I watch. I listen. I ask the uncomfortable questions.

one stubborn conviction: training is the last resort, not the first.

I'm Emily Green. A certified Google UX professional and learning experience designer with over a decade of experience in graphic, instructional, and visual design leadership. I create visually engaging and interactive learning experiences for public and private organizations.

Before I design anything, I study how people actually behave at work. I watch. I listen. I ask the uncomfortable questions. Because the gap between what we trained them to do and what they actually do is where the real design challenge lives.

I started caboodle design because I was tired of seeing organizations pour resources into training that checked a box but never changed a behavior. My work sits at the intersection of behavioral science, media production, and instructional strategy. It's the whole caboodle.
