ai rollouts that humans actually adopt.

Most AI rollouts change nothing. I lead the kind that do. Fifteen years of behavior change and learning systems for Fortune 500s, now with AI built into the programs. Don't read about the work. Run it.

i study how people actually change, then i design.

the approach, in one sentence →
01

observe.

What people actually do on the job, not what the deck says they should. Interviews, shadowing, the real workflow.

02

design for the behavior.

Action Mapping. Every screen, module, or prompt exists because a specific behavior has to change. Content that doesn't earn its place gets cut.

03

measure whether it moved.

Kirkpatrick, level three. Completion is the metric everyone reports. Behavior is the one that matters.

three ways
to work with me.

Learning experience design with AI built in, from the strategy down to the screens. Send the shape of your problem and I'll reply within a business day with three questions about the behavior you're trying to move, and from there we pick the path that fits.

01 · fractional

learning and ai strategy, embedded.

Two to three days a week inside your team, usually three to six months. I lead the learning design and the AI enablement as one thing: what people need to do differently, the experiences that get them there, and the AI tooling that makes it stick.

02 · scoped project

one program, designed and built.

A single course, curriculum, or rollout, scoped and priced up front. Learning experience design end to end, with AI where it earns its place: content ops, practice, personalization, measurement. Typically eight to sixteen weeks from brief to measured behavior change.

03 · full-time

senior lxd and ai enablement roles.

For teams hiring a learning experience designer who can also lead the AI side: build with it, roll it out, and measure whether anyone actually changed.

durations are typical rather than fixed, and a number comes after the scope, never before it.

Send the shape of the problem. I'll send back whether training is the answer, and what might work better if it isn't.
